DELIVERY TIME
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after the order is dispatched. SHIPPING METHODS
Products are always delivered by the Post Office, however, in some cases such as the recipient being absent, a region with delivery limitations, or even an incorrect address, the customer may have to pick up the product at the agency closest to their home. If the address is not filled in correctly, the product may be returned to the sender. Please pay extra attention when filling in the address. If there is an error in filling in the address and the product cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible. The Post Office will make three delivery attempts. If they are unable to complete the delivery, the product will be available for collection at the nearest branch for up to 7 days. After this period, the product will be returned to the sender.
